Inc. and Sears Buying Services Inc., Richard was frequently called upon to brief
visiting head office executives on local sensitivities and negotiating tactics.
Over his 28-year Sears career he trained four CEO's and more than a dozen vice
presidents.
In his second career as founder of Global Management, Richard now conducts one-on-one
training for top executives of U.S. and international companies in Intercultural
Business Competence, Cross-Cultural Management and International Negotiation.
